NKU Entrepreneur event success

NKU's award winning Entrepreneur Institute recognized Dan Baker, a major concrete business man at their 4th annual Master Entrepreneur Event.

Secretary of State, Trey Grayson was the featured speaker. Chris Sturm was the emcee of the event that featured musical jazz and classical violin solos by NKU's student. Over 250 community leaders gathered to support the success of the program.

Trey tweeted to his following that this is no ordinary chicken dinner. The student energy is present as over 100 students are also invited to attend and network with these professionals.

I encourage you to get out and support your community at these events. It is a chance to get out, dress up, and have some fun.

Great nku xavier event

It is a positive event for the community when two organizations come together to promote the region.

Saturday night NKU and Xavier played an exhibition basketball game in front of thousands of fans at the cintas center. Both teams are expected to be good in their divisions but more important, this event brought everyone together.

At a pregame NKU alumni reception, my friend, Joe Beckmeyer (Xavier grad) joined me in meeting and sharing with 150 NKU alums. Food, drinks, prizes were part of the pregame party and Joe commented that it is cool that your alumni association offers such activities to its alumni.

NKU alums, get out and have some fun. Look for opportunities to support your school and spice up your life.
